Knights Inn Mackinaw City

Awkward set up of room too much furniture not many outlets broken lamp shade. Toilet is very low to the ground Have to run the hot water for ever before it gets hot.Poor choice of tv channels

I didn't like when you go to take a bath or shower and you don't have hot water only have it in the sink

They mention a breakfast, what they had is a mostly used jar of peanut butter, a small table in the office with two chairs, some old jelly, cream cheese that everyone was expected to use out of the same container...very disappointing.

Good location for Mackinac ferry bus shuttle parking lot.

They don’t have hair dryer and the carpet was wet that was so uncomfortable.

I have stayed at this hotel before and I have enjoyed doing so. It appears as though there is someone new managing the hotel this year. They are friendly, helpful, and do a nice job. The room I was in was a little small, which I wouldn't mind, but it felt a little crowded. The room was clean and the area was quiet. It is close to the bridge and downtown.

The air conditioner did not work

You get what you pay for.

When we first got to the room we were satisfied, beds were good and things seemed clean. Then we tried to use the shower. We could not get the water on. The part you need to pull to start the shower would not budge and there was no water at all. When we told the person at the front desk he said it pulls hard, that’s a lie it does not pull at all. As we were still talking to him another guest came in and said the same thing happened to them. Also don’t count on breakfast, all I saw was cereal and a gallon of milk.
