Knights Inn Mackinaw City

Our stay was sufficient. Our room was dated and could use some deep cleaning. Example: the bathroom fan was very dirty. If you’re looking for a 5-star stay, this is not the place for you. However, for our budget, this place served its purpose. We were comfortable enough.

Staff was nice but not helpful. Requested a handicap room my request was definitely not met. We had to leave and find a handicap accessible hotel. Now I doubt I will get my money back from booking.com lesson learned not to book online speak to the hotel directly.

Breakfast was very very basic. Room was grungy, old, and wornout. Although we stayed two nights, we spent little time at the motel (fortunately).

Very clean ,amazing staff, needs a little TLC, but very clean ,just needs some updates on furniture, and updates on breakfast ideas not everyone east Toast and not everyone can have cereal. Maybe try mini muffins, I no 99% of other places do muffins. Heck the evenings before get a pan and make several pans of them yourself the night before easy fast and cheap , heck you could do tons over Winter and freeze them .in the bags where you don't lose them for years .

Not much wasn't bad .Just my husband couldn't do the tiny Continental Breakfast because he can't have Milk it was only Cereal

The location was amazing.

The facility was extremely dirty and moldy. The bathtub had a significant sharp broken piece of tile exposed.

That is not even a continental breakfast

Low quality. Dirty sheets

Close to the downtown area

The room smelled so bad. When i asked for another room i was told that he couldnt give us another room but gave me a body a spray from bath and body works to spray around the room. My husband and i almost slept in the car. I dont care how much money we saved with staying there, i will never stay again
