Great staff, excellent service and superb value for money

Room decor a bit tired and dated, but good enough

Great location right in the heart of Manchester. 5 minute walk from main shopping area, and from Northern Quarter bars and cafes. Staff were friendly.

The hotel finished renovations, the stairs are in a better shape. The lift is operational. Staff were nice. Breakfast is good

Warm at night due to weather and fan is a little small

Close to trams and train

Beds a bit lumpy

In a convenient spot, good cheaper alternative rooms

Location superb And breakfast guy who waited on us think called leo was so helpful and friendly Well done for doing everything on his own

All bedrooms had offensive smell

The location was good.

The room had an awful smell. The bed was uncomfortable. There was only one PowerPoint. The shower was really hard to turn off. There was no air-conditioning - only a small fan. On 19/6/26 my first night I only got 2 hours sleep - noisy group and another lot walking up and down the corridor. It didn't stop until gone 2.09 am. The wardrobe facility doors were jammed tight together.

The location was ideal

There was a smell all around the hotel, wallpaper comin off walls, thread bare carpets, wonky ironing board with no cover, cracked bath The attitude of the breakfast staff left a lot to be desired
