I have never slept in such an uncomfortable bed

Clean, cosy, everything you need with no frills. Close to city centre and staff was kind.

Location is fantastic. If you are looking to explore downtown Manchester, its a very convenient one. Close to local restaurants and pubs.

The wifi is not great. I had a few meetings to attend and it was really bad. Overall, the hotel doesn’t come with a lot of bells and whistles but gets the job done

Fabulous location central to pretty much everything we needed. Staff were lovely, room was clean and did the job for an overnight stay

Room was a bit jaded, window frames looked awful. No dockets near the bed so not able go plug in my CPAP machine or phones without moving bed across to reach a socket. There's really no excuse these days for that. A socket each side of the bed should be standard now.

I was ripped off the hotel is nothing like photos on booking .com! It was a very hot day and room was like a oven No air con had to leave so ruined my weekend !!!!!

Did the job, we needed it for 1 night and it was good for £110 for 2 people. Staff were nice enough and accommodating and kept our bags safe. We had to check in at 1am and this wasn’t a problem. Room was basic but clean enough. Hotel had buzz through door at night for safety.

La posizione è ottima, nei dintorni c’è tutto quello che serve (anche la stazione ferroviaria). Il personale cortese e disponibile.

Siamo stati in questo hotel qualche anno fa, ed è rimasto esattamente uguale: moquette molto rovinata, macchie sui muri, arredi datati. Quando siamo arrivati, sotto ad un comodino c’era un paio di occhiali che è rimasto lì fino alla nostra partenza (dopo due notti). Si vedevano benissimo, eppure nessuno se n’è accorto durante le pulizie. Il divano era inutilizzabile, tanto il rivestimento era macchiato. Mancano prese per caricare i dispositivi, ce n’erano solo una in stanza ed una in bagno. La connessione wifi non stabile, ad ogni rientro in stanza bisognava rifare il login per usarla. Non c’è condizionatore, solo un ventilatore decisamente piccolo per la dimensione della camera. L’odore appena si entra in stanza toglie il fiato, le finestre sono sigillate pertanto immagino non vengano mai aperte.
