Hair dryer didn't work. AC/heater unit was so noisy kept us awake at night. Carpet had a sticky spot on it,like gum or glue, light switches needed work. Wasn't a fan of the decorative size pillows.

I set this room up for my mom, and one of the reasons I chose it was because it was pet friendly. When she got there, they charged her a $50 pet deposit which was not disclosed in the listing, and she has yet to receive a refund back since checking out and leaving the room undamaged.

Everything was great the only thing I would change would be an extra chair in the room. If there is more than 1 person there is no where to sit. and maybe bring back the breakfast. But I thought the room and lobby was very clean. And I was met with a smile as we came in and when we left.

If I could upload photos of the amount of stains and markings that were in our room I most definitely would! The staff was okay. I asked for an extra pillow and was told they would look to see if they had any and would call my room back. They never called back. The morning we woke up to check out I noticed stains like blood/ketchup stains EVERYWHERE. The lampshade, the wall, the sink, the bathtub, literally EVERYWHERE!! To top it off there was a perfect handprint on the wall above the headboard of the bed. As soon as I saw that I grabbed my bags and left immediately! So gross.

Everyone was very nice. And we enjoyed our stay.

Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience but as far as the room… the bathroom tub had a burn mark like someone was heating up dope on it. The top blanket had a burn hole. All the towels look like there were poop stains. And parts of the mattress looked liked it had marks from people cleaning there needles off.

Remember you are not paying top dollar so don't expect all the luxuries. Good hotel for the price.
