Cleanliness was good, the sheets had a couple of hole them them, and the key fob to the room was a but confusing.

Room smelled like old cigarette smoke. Safety chain on the door was broken. Place is very run down.

No Breakfast, and free coffee was bad.

Some person/man walking around outside trying to look in all the window. Creepy place, not safe. We didn't stay, packed and left

This is the second time we have stayed here and both times we have been happy with our stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. the rooms are as pictured and comfortable.

We were greeted by a very nice escort outside. The front desk lady with silver hair was quite rude and raised our price because we had more people than she was expecting, though we had booked the room for 5. The room was disgusting and there were cockroaches in the sink. There was free entertainment though from the argument upstairs between a man and his partner.

Property just needs a refresh and repair on items, furnishings, bathrooms

Got a smoking room when I ordered a non smoking room. Friend has asthma so it bothered him. Went to ask to switch rooms once we realized we were put into wrong room and told there was nothing they could do

This hotel is run down big time. It smelled really bad threw the whole place. Windows on the 2nd floor were all open in the hallway some without screens. We had a man come up to us in the hallway asking for money. We of course said no then went down to the front desk and he was down there too and told the front desk he was asking for money upstairs and asked if he was staying there and they said no he isn’t. So they are allowing homeless people wonder the hallways bugging paying guests? Outside several sketchy people hanging around the parking lot. Will never stay here again. And only reason I did last night was because all other hotels around were booked and we were 2 hours from home. As far as the room it was ok. Bathroom you can barely turn around in so small. Highly disappointment. Website shows a completely different location I believe. Definitely not this run down sketchy place.
