Front desk persons were very rude and non helpful.. asked for more towels as there was 4 people in my room and we only had 2 towels, we were told thats what comes in the room, too vad deal with 2 towels

i booked two rooms for a night. the rooms were horrible, and when i found a crack pipe between the towels in the bath room i asked for a refund and i would find another place to stay. they refused to give me a refund and after 10days they finally told me i had to contact hotels.com, now hotels.com is refusing a refund also. Rooms stunk of smoke, a dozen burn holes on bed spreads, witnessed drug usage in the parking lot, as i said, crack pipe in bathroom, they lied as they told hotels.com i refused another room, i was NEVER offered another room and would not have taken it anyway. This place is a crap hole.

The staff working were very helpful and friendly.

The desk people were very friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early. However, it appears that there are many long term residents and they gather near the side entrances. If your room is on the first floor by the side entrance, expect a LOT of noise from people coming & going. Also, there was a group (6-8) hanging out in the parking lot, drinking, etc...in the evening. Doesn't make guests feel safe/comfortable.

Trash! Wish I read all the reviews before I booked ! Definitely a hotel that has deceptive advertising and is the equivalent of a raunchy motel.

Near lots of dining, generally pretty chill. Building kind of smells like cigarettes and when other guests open/close doors it echos and sounds like someone is opening YOUR door. Staff is nice and rooms themselves are nice. Not a bad place to stay on a budget.

Very dirty, room had marks on the wall ,dirty towels hanging up,the worst I've ever stayed in. The whole building smells like a landfill.

Room was comfortable and quiet

No smoking room had definitely been smoked in and the sheets had stains. It is located directly next to a delicious Mexican restaurant though!

Was not happy with my stay. I paid for the room on Expedia and still was charged for the room when i got there. I also paid a $50 deposit that i never got back. This hotel is a last option. Check out was at 11am and they reminded me of that every hour until 11am starting at 9am. Sheets and bathroom was awful. Hair and dirt was still on the bed.
