The most clutch Motel in Gatlinburg. Great prices and near the main strip. The staff is great and very helpful. 5 star MOTEL. Yes, but great prices. Thank you

It was OK

Did not like the property at all they had cockroaches the bathroom had holes in the walls the screen was coming off the window the room wasn't clean and the staff was never there TV did not work at all the phone did not work.

It is not a suitable place for stays

Meh. But the price is what I was looking for. It met my needs. Toilet was very low pressure so had to flush 3x to clear of urine. The mattress dipped in the center from being old (shaped to people’s bodies with the butt area dipping). The tub was old and damaged.

Nothing

The property was close to everything we wanted to do and walkable. We didnt have to mive our vehicle until we was ready to check out. What we did not like, we rented a jacuzzi room on Expedia and when we checked in we was told ALL jacuzzi rooms was out of order. We was told that we would recieve a refund from Expedia but not when we could expect it.

Room was old and extremely outdated.

It was nice. The rooms were clean. Basic needs.

I expected the rooms to be dated but not so dirty! The shower was so disgusting I decided not to use it and wait until we got to a better hotel. There was no blanket on the bed (or in the room), the room wouldn't get any warmer and my husband being further from the heat froze all night.
