Needs to maintained Lights were gone and etc

We arived at 3 and were told we couldnt check in until 4. I asked to use a restroom because we just drove 5 hours he said there are no restrooms. He suggested i go to the hotel across the street to use the bathroom. So next time we will just stay across the street that has check in at 3 and also restrooms.

The lady at the front desk called me at 11:02 AM and asked me when I was leaving. I said that my ride was on the way and probably another 15 mins and she responded: "You were supposed to be out of the room 2 mins ago". So I said that I would put my things on the walkway. She said ok. So I did. This was rude in my opinion. It did not sit well with me. The owners should correct that sort of attitude in the employees. The Man that worked later in the evening was very nice and polite.

Nice inexpensive motel

DO NOT stay at this hotel. It was nasty, blood stains in the floor, bathroom was DISGUSTING, the heater wasn’t working in a 21F, the worst experience we’ve had!

The bathroom has stains in them. We were not able to take a bath.

A very nice clean, friendly less expensive alternative to Gatlinburg enjoyed my day

When we got there our room heat didn’t work they were able to get maintenance there shortly after and he was able to figure the problem out but had he not they had no extra rooms and we would’ve been stuck trying to find a replacement room on our own last second so in Gatlinburg would’ve been costly. The staff were friendly and did their job this hotel just needs some upgrades as the flooring is old and worn and the heater/air systems are very old and rusty looking

Out dated. Ran out of hot water in the shower. Found a cockroach. Breakfast is cereal, coffee, toast and muffins.

Very comfortable and a short walk from the parkway!
