Hotel was nice, but a little remote. Staff are lovely.

The restaurant, we were the only ones in there and the food came out cold

Room was spacious with a good sized balcony Bed was fine

Room needs renovating. Large amount of flies (20+) in bathroom drains that kept reappearing even after staff sprayed them. Room had damp smell due to poor air con system, ceiling was visibly water damaged due to this also. Aircon also leaked down onto the floor on our last night. No hot water for showers sometimes. We were told the water is heated using solar power (relies on good weather) which evidently means no alternative on rainy days.

Tidy and quiet. Spacious bed. Good atmosphere

Lovely smaller hotel. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.Ditha took care of all our needs with a high level of professionalism. Location is perfect for us. We like being away from hustle and bustle.Easy walk for us, or a quick ride by bike or car to seminyak square.Lots of local Indomarts, circle K restaurants, coffee shop's close by.

The shower took at least 10 minutes to get hot. Our room was close to the kitchen so we could hear the kitchen preparation each morning. We got used to that quickly, though.

Pricing was excellent for budget travelers

Hard to get hot water to your room

The price is excellent for a budget conscious traveler. It’s a little out the back of Seminyak but you can order grab or gojek to get to where you’re wanting to go. Definitely get the deluxe with pool access though. I know I wouldn’t have been happy with any of the upstairs rooms. Staff are friendly

It took some time to get hot water in the shower. If they want to conserve water as the sign says, get a plumber in to fix the issue.
