I requested to be close to my Sister-in-law and the hotel didnt even have us on the same floor. The tub didn't have a stopper, so I couldn't soak in the tub.

The room really needs updates. The wall art looks new but the tub has a crack and chipped around the drain. Carpet in the room needs replacing. The breakfast lady was super friendly. Food was good!

We were very pleased with our overnight stay. The staff were friendly, everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Location

Staff were rude at the front desk. We stood there for 5 minutes while 2 people behind the desk looked at their computer screens. They didn’t even acknowledge us and we were less than 3 feet apart. Another person stepped out from the office for a minute, also not acknowledging us. In the service industry the guest should always be the top priority. Also when I let her know I had registered online the day before she said “we don’t do that”. When I asked about the $50 charge, she explained it and then said I don’t know why “they” didn’t tell you about it. She was the one that handled the registration, so I’m not sure who “they” are. We had a reservation to stay there on our way back home in March, but cancelled it.
