Hampton Inn Elizabethtown

No shower gel in the dispenser. No working WIFI. Dirty floor. In the hallway, someone left several cleaning bottles on the floor.

Check in was easy!

This was by far the worst Hampton Inn, I have stayed in. The outside trash was overflowing, the lobby had a very unpleasant smell, that took my breath away. The room 216, was AWFUL, the lights in the bathroom were rusty, the outlet covers and outlets were gross. The bathroom floor was very sticky, ended up putting towels on the floor so I could walk on it, I wiped the whole room down, I really wondered of the room had been cleaned. The Beds are very well used, the curtains had stains, the furniture is very outdated, be sure to wear your shoes in the room. If planning a trip, skip this hotel. As a Hilton Honors member our status gets us perks, we had to ask for our perks, they were never offered, as they normally are at other Hamptons, or Home2 locations.

Bathtub was gross had to lay a towel down in the tub when i took a shower and the room smelled mildew so probably will never stay here again

The breakfast was a wonderful treat each morning. Coffee could have been better and we needed more in the room. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs.

The AC in our room wasn't working correctly. The AC would not shut off and the air was not cool. The temperature of the room at times got to warm.

Not bad but not great. Apparently there is a new owner. I can tell they are skipping things and taking shortcuts…especially on housekeeping

Fast check in. Very comfortable bed. All was perfect except their internet was down…not something they could help.
