"Horrible stay"

The bathroom was horrible tub looked all dirty and old run down. Bathroom had stuff on the floor that wasn't swept up and toilet wasn't working well at all. I reached out to the staff and she apologized and said she was going to adjust our bill and it looks like that was never done which we travel many times during the year and will not be staying at this hotel again.

Front dest clerk was told there was a man in lobby at breakfast wondering around begging for money from many clients and he let the man continue even after told to stay in dining area and annoy customers, will not be visiting there again anytime soon.
