Musty smell Disgusting carpet Bugs on the nightstand Not sure if because on first floor but I can’t recommend and would not stay. We left

My first issue was with the front desk staff. They not only looked unprofessional they were. Obviously didn’t care about guest! Room was fine except aging. Was clean. Breakfast was not kept fresh. This Hampton just doesn’t compare with the average but they charge the same. I would not return.

Normally, I stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, but I wanted to give the other Hilton in town a try and I'm so glad I did! It's a bit older, but still super cute and I slept so well. There are so many places to eat within walking distance and we loved the Mini Golf right next door. I definitely recommend!

The facility is showing its age by condition of carpet and furniture. Staff were kind and friendly. Location convenient to restaurants and shopping. Just needs a little sprucing up and/or deep cleaning freshen up!

This Hampton Inn is so old and needs a big update. I would not suggest staying here.

Looks like a nice hotel from the outside all the way to the lobby. I have stayed at old hotels before and don't mind it all at least if the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. That's the difference with this hotel it started raising eyebrows in the elevator. Filth all in the corners. Walk in the room and you can see it's dated which still is no problem but go to the bathroom and bam the floors all around the corners were nasty and black mold in the shower with some kind of yellow staining in the tub. (We wore our sandles to take a shower) light fixtures were rusted and our comforter had blood or chocolate on it not sure. Love Hampton hotels but this one is off our list.

Location was very good and the room was great and the bed was very comfortable

The breakfast was not very good. Sausages, dry and hard. Eggs were not very good and it was not very much of anything. The juice machine was not working. Overall the entire breakfast was probably the worst of all the Hamptons we’ve stayed at. We decided not to eat breakfast at the hotel, the last two days and went out to eat at other restaurants because the food was pretty bad

Hotel was dated. The bathtub had a whole of some sort. The sink stopper was located at the bottom of the sink and the faucet was not tighted (it was lose). Additionally, there were brakets on the bathroom wall that had nothing installed on them. The beds gave me a back ache the entire time I stayed there. I've never experieced this in a Hilton Hotel. Lastly, the room was on the dusty side. It was evident that whoever dusted the room didn't do a well enough job. I tried to move to another hotel, but there were no vacancies available. This hotel needs to be remodeled and I didn't feel quite save walking from the elevator to the room I was staying, I don't know if it was the location, lighting, not sure. Overall, it was not a very good experience and I was very disappointed.
