- Standort, - Nähe zu Mesa Verde N.P. - gute Restaurants und Walmart fussläufig erreichbar

- teilweise Baustelle, deswegen keine Frühstücksraum, nur 2 Tische in Lobby - Aufzug Defekt - nur ein Stuhl im Zimmer

Nothing

Where to begin. Chaotic check in with room not ready. Builders refurbishing with debris on floors bins overflowing and cigarette butts outside the main doors. Requested when booked months ago a particular room but this wasn’t available. Receptionist seemed to create more hassle than achieve anything breakfast was in the lobby with furniture covered up. Despite a busy hotel only two tables available to eat so we gave up and returned to our room. They maybe refurbishing the hotel but should ensure it can still function for the paying customers.

Location

TV found unplugged. Telephone not working. Tub had no plug, so no bath possible. Breakfast not up to standard. Little seating.
