"Terrible renovation"

We were given an updated room and told the only thing not done in the room was the edging along the wall . What a horrible job of updating. The towel hanger on the door was broken, the bathtub was chipped, the ceiling in the bathroom had a big water spot , the shower curtain looked like it had been rolled up into a ball before it was hung and worst of all… no coffee pots in the room. Management decided to remove them. Thankfully the young lady , I think her name was Lily , was able to locate one for us. She is definitely management material. I would not stay here again.

La piscina techada. La ubicacion ok

Entendiendo que estaban con remodelacion, me pareció que no se hicieron cargo de los clientes al momento del desayuno. Solo 2 mesas, si estaban ocupadas debias llevar tu desayuno a la habitación o afuera, con el frio de la mañana. Muy mal manejado. Incluso lavaban alfombra a la entrada del hotel, me pregunto ¿por que no la movieron aunque sea unos centímetros? Para no interrumpir el movimiento de los clientes

"I travel a lot and the breakfast was a let down."

Conveniently located, friendly check-in staff, comfortable room.

Breakfast could have been better. I travel a lot and was greeted with powdered eggs and non-bagel bagels. Real eggs could be purchased for a fraction of the gross intake for a day. They were remodeling and the dining area was very small. They should have made some accommodations to allow for more seating.

Breakfast classic, O.K. Location very good, mountains, clear and nice historical city

we cannot sleep, till midnight crying children in the pool. Nobody from the stuff didn’t do anything. How is it possible? Close the pool at 9 or 10p as another serious hotes /BW in Durango/. It
