Great location, friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable room, and a very good breakfast!

Everything was really fine - although they are in the middle of a renovation. Very well managed - no issues.

Location was under construction, we were told our room would not have baseboards and we were ok with that. However the outlets were empty, so no where to plug things in. The tub was filthy. The hotel smelled bad and there was construction going on everywhere. This was not a good representation of a Holiday Inn Express. I will never stay in this location again.

Quiet

Under renovation. No baseboard in room. Couldn’t lower air conditioner below 74 degrees. Tv wires hanging below TV. TV tilted up instead of down for viewing. Could not adjust. Bath towels were old and frayed. Should not have been opened until renovations complete.

The hotel is being renovated and should not be open yet. . Nothing is finished and it's a mess.

The condition was awful. Our room had torn draperies, cracked plaster, pealing paint, and rusty bath faucet and drain. The carpet in the hallway leading to our room was filthy.

Friendly staff.

Apart from the staff the stay was horrible. The hotel is under construction, rooms are not ready (no wall panels, no power outlets, no wardrobe etc.) but you have to use them. All floors are occupied with old and new unpacked furniture. Elevator does not work. Building dust everywhere. It is a shame that they rent rooms in this condition.

The location was very good for travelling to Mesa Verde park. The room are well appointed. The pool and hot tub were great, the staff very friendly.

During our stay there was construction and many rooms were not available including the breakfast room. So, the breakfast was in the lobby. Because of lack of room, the selection was reduced. But OK. Also the elevator was not working well.

Nothing

It’s old and under construction. I wasn’t informed and I wouldn’t have stayed there. I am upset with booking and the hotel since both have correspondented with me breakfast was horrible.
