Asked for a heater as the one in the room wasn't working and was told that one would be provided but it wasn't. Hiding the exterior access door to the rooms behind a scabby old fence without any sign saying access to the rooms was not a great idea and nor was having an unusual door opening mechanism that implied it was faulty and that you were locked out. Otherwise it was pretty good.

Staff were so welcoming. So sorry didn't get their names but the lady who greeted us and showed us our room and the lady on the bar were so friendly and helpful. Room was small but had absolutely everything we needed for an overnight stay. Pub food was fabulous. 10% off for residents. Great atmosphere. Obviously loved by locals. Would definitely stay again and can thoroughly recommend.

En-suite little cramped but can't say I didn't like it. It was very adequate for our overnight stay.

Was a bit gutted no food on a Monday night but staff offered plates and cutlery if you order a takeaway

Super friendly staff. Very helpful. Great location near my family and lovely pub/hotel. Perfect for what we needed and beds were soooooo comfy. Recommend if need a place to stay in this area.

Nothing.... no complaints at all

Room was adequate with small en-suite but it worked. Room noisy due to main B class road outside one window and an air conditioning unit below the other window. Plus side, beer and food very good and excellent helpful staff

Lovely comfy room with great pub downstairs - what more could you want.
