Staff was extremely helpful. Evening access to ice machine was virtually impossible to navigate. Breakfast was satisfactory. Every third day maid service seems a day too long.

Enjoyed everything about the hotel and staff!! The bed and shower were very comfortable! The jacuzzi was amazing!! Breakfast was plentiful! Staff(Erica) is very professional and friendly Great customer service!

The smoking area should be moved to a more isolated area. Room #168 is right next to the so-called designated smoking area. We can hear people talking right outside the window and loitering about. Wasn't comfortable with that?? Not the spot for social smoking? Need to relocate it.

Do not stay here if you want to use public transportation or if you want to walk around. Not a safe neighborhood and the buses dont go there after the hurricane. That being said, the price was pretty good and it was fairly clean.
