Quality Inn & Suites Biltmore East

Hotel was fine, just has hard beds. That's what most people want!

We arrived in the area early Thanksgiving morning, and the front desk graciously allowed us an early check-in at 11:30 am. Everything was good except for the heavy cigarette smell in room 257. I woke up in the middle of the night and had to cover my face with the sheet due to the smell. Non-smokers do not want to be subjected to the stench of cigarette smoke. My suitcase is now outside airing out and the smokey clothes in the wash.

We slept well and the room was clean

did not have elevator Could not have coffee because couldn't drink the water or had to use bottled water to brush teeth.We are in our 80's and had a hard time getting up the steps. Were not told this in advance or we would have chosen a different place. Our granddaughter live there and she had drinking water. We thought we should have been given a discount and were promised a hot breakfast but that was not available either.

The place is recovering from Helene. We appreciated its cleanliness

Too disappointed

Because all access to facilities were closed.. they wouldn’t credit back the reservation.. or even allow a credit to use after things settled down after all the shutdowns.

Property was clean, updated, well maintained, and all staff In encountered were great. Breakfast had a large selection of options! Outdoor patio space was a nice place to gather. Would recommend!
