Staff was nice enough, unfortunately the room I was assigned had dirty bedding and room itself had a very strong dog odor, I believe it was coming from the drapes and carpet. I was told they had no other rooms available so they couldn't switch me somewhere else. I did see a number of dogs on leashes from other guests so it's common to have dogs in some of the rooms. I will not book that hotel again.
