Nothing
Not great. The plumbing was so loud when someone in another room was showering or flushed the toilet. Elevator did not work.
Overall, the stay was very good. Room was spacious and clean. There were a couple of nits. One -- the room has some built in USB ports -- however, for the room I was in, they did not work. There was also a lamp on the desk that did not appear to have an on/off switch. The only way to turn it off -- you had to unplug it. Lastly, the breakfast area was in an open air area. Which could be a little cold in the morning. All minor nits -- but overall a pleasant stay.
The staff was nice. However, they delayed our check in by an hour due to lack of house keepers.
Perfect location that met my needs
Our room was not very clean, there was dirt and dust in the corners and on the shower head. My slippers that were provided by the hotel got pretty dirty just walking around the room. Other than that we would stay again because of the free parking and free breakfast. The staff were also very warm and welcoming. Anything we asked for they were happy and eager to assist.
The 2nd office employee we encountered was awesome. The room was a bit run down. The king mattress was on a smaller box spring so the mattress hung off the end and one side. There was hairs(not ours) all over the AC and the sheets and blankets. Breakfast was a bit lackluster. Juices were out early and not refilled. Eggs were lacking much flavor. Buiscuits and gravy were not very flavorful either.
Nice people. That's all that was nice. Dirty curtains with brown stains, ripped sheets, broken shower nozzle, uneven floors with cheap linoleum.
Great place to stay at
The dining options around the area were really amazing. The staff was very sweet and told us that they were still cleaning the rooms, so I know for a fact that everything was throughly cleaned when I entered my room. The breakfast was very convenient and very good. If I were to ever stay in California again, this hotel is it.
