Lights in bathroom didn’t work, blankets were thin, no carpet floors made everything noisy and less comfortable
I like the room is clean. The television options are limited. The drain in the tub is slow.

A few issues with room, moved to another the next day.
Would have been nice if there were toiletries in the room available. I received an email several hours prior to my arrival asking if I need anything, let them know. My reply was never responded to. Must not of been an actual message, more like it was an automated message to all guests. Late night check in, exhausted from traveling, was a bit disappointed credit card machines weren’t functioning. Almost couldn’t get in my room without posting the $100 deposit
It is suitable for its price.
Price and location were perfect for my visit to Pasadena.
