Bossier Extended Stay

I hate that I can't get a refund on this. We had a plumbing issue and needed a quick single night stay so we went with this since extended stays are usually good for bare bones quick stays. It took about 45 minutes to check in (we were the only people there) but the desk person was nice and very professional. He was great but that was the end of anything good. We reserved a non smoking room, were given a smoking room. There was no lock on the door, just holes where it once was. No fitted sheet on the bed, just a top sheet draped on a bare mattress. The sheet was filthy with cigarette burns. One of the pillow cases was stained on both sides and one was torn. The tub was filthy with dirt and hair. There was cigarette butts on the floor, stains on the walls. We dropped the keys on the bed stand and left to purell in the car and booked another room. I cannot caution against staying here enough. Don't do it!

When I pulled into the parking lot, there were drug dealers outside the hotel. Multiple broken windows. Pool was black. Hot tub was drained. Looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in ten years. Stains on the windows and curtains. Door lock didn’t work, had to use two chairs to feel safe. TV was from 1980s. No lamps. One pillow. Smelled bad.

This was awful. The first night I stayed my room key did not work. I went to the lobby to have it fixed and the staff was not there. I waited in the lobby from 1:30am to 8am when the manager got it. I was locked out for 7 hours and the manager told me there are no refunds. This is absolutely absurd that I was not able to get into my room for 8 hours because the staff just decided to leave. The room when I finally got in was disgusting. No pillows, no toilet paper, and one towel. The staff was horrible and the place was full of prostitution. Absolutely horrible and unsafe saty

This was the worse stay that I have had since I started booking with hotels.com. I am surprised that they are even considered on "the list". From the time we checked in, it was a bad experience. The girl at the desk was cursing and she talked badly about the customers, while on the phone with the manager, while the customer was right in front of her. She insisted on eating her BBQ chips and when she had to put them down, she let out a big breath and cursed about having to do her job. I could go on but won't about her. The place needs renovations inside and out. Paint is peeling off the walls and there is dirt everywhere. The TV is ancient and we were told there are no remotes in any of the rooms. Also the linen was soiled, spots on the pillow cases. I went to Walmart and purchased some to use. Nope! Not again here!

I will like a refund so dirty and pool was go green homeless people was all around the hotel

Worst place ever. Receptionist was so rude to other customers. She was so unprofessional. She was cursing and flipping out other customers just because they didn't like their room and got their money back. The rooms were terrible. Nothing was clean and smelled like cigarettes. The carpet, sheets, pillows, sink, bad tub, blinders, and everything else looked dirty. Needle covers were still sitting by the sink. Right outside the room it smelled like vomit. Receptionist stated that people have to be more considered with them due to that they had just got back open the month before. This is a place were I will never be back again and people dont need to be waiting their money here.

I was never able to check in. I arrived at 7pm and was told the front desk closed at 5pm

I went into the Lobby it was so smoky it set my Ashma off and I told the lady tjrre I could not stay there. It was a very nasty unsanitary place to stay. I had to leave. They said I would have to call Expedia to gey my money back i kept calling and could not get anyone. Please refund my money back to my card. Somrone please call me 318 512 7716 to discuss this matter asap. I did not get a room it was just awful.

Possums and raccoons. Outside facilty. , no towels tv had no remote or channels. Did not stay . awful smell in office and room

Everything from checking in till leaving the hotel is terrible. Only stayed one night with husband. Was at this place 2019 and was no problem. This time is terrible. Couldn't find our reservation, no refrigerator in the room, no microwave, changed room. Manager hv to push a refrigerator from next room to our room. Sink and bath tub doesn't drain. Gave us 1)2 a roll of toilet paper. Only one sheet on the bad that doesn't even fit the bed. Outlet kept on tripping Everytime I charged my cellphone.Pool was green. I can go on and on. Don't even thing about this place.
