Was warned about no hot water but didn’t offer a discount an ac couldn’t be change had a setting so room was to warm

No soap

Room was dusty bed was clean bathroom had a long hair on shower area. Besides i will go again

Overall I would say our experience was average. Room was fine but the air conditioning wasn’t very strong. Biggest complaint was the breakfast; literally just cereal and little Debbie like pastries. If you want a cheapest stay though it worked.

There was nothing said about we had to request housekeeping . Ran out of toiletries in the middle of the night .we left she was there and figured she would get to us after her check outs . Then this morning checking out I was told by the gentleman working only stays at Marriott and don't get maid service so he gets more points . Never once did he apologize for the inconvenience nor did he get up from his chair out in the lobby . Over all the stay was nice came all the way from Louisiana for a wedding but so didn't expect not to have any kind of service to our room while we were there

I would only recommend this hotel if it is your last option. It is in pretty rough condition. I only booked it because the Comfort Inn wasn't available. The only thing worse might be the Rodeway Inn on the other side of the highway. The bathtub was an oversized whirlpool that was disgusting and there was no bathroom fan to draw out the shower humidity. And the tile and grout was dirty and the tile installation in the room I stayed in was awful, dated and re-caulked about a dozen times. This was a very poor value for what I paid for one night. Next time I'm in this area I will opt for a better hotel brand near Muskegon.

the room was clean and the breakfast was good. Both ck in people were polite and friendly and helpful !

The room was not cleaned properly before we arrived, there were spiders in the bathroom, some sort of tomato/barbeque sauce on the counter, something sticky on the night stand. The iron board cover had stains on it.

The staff was friendly. However, the rooms were dirty. Towels and bedding looked dingy and had dirty stains on them. I went out and bought new towels and hand towels. And a twin comforter. When checking out we found smashed Doritos and broken jewelry we assume from the last guest. We were not impressed. The breakfast…..it was cereal and muffins. Nothing more
