Econo Lodge Whitehall near Michigan's Adventure

Last minute & nothing was available. The side doors didn’t work, bedroom door didn’t slam all the way.. safety issues for 2 woman across the board & no apologies or suggestions.

Key cards rarely worked on our door but worked fine at back door. Stayed here many times before and they had a bare bones breakfast but nothing at all now. Your site advertised the pet fee at $25/night, they charged me $35- said it wasn’t their problem. Won’t be back.

Easy in and out.

I didn’t like the desk lady calling me up five minutes before check out to remind me I had to leave at check out time

We stay at Econo quite a bit, and the lady that checked us in was absolutely amazing and she is every single time

The front desk clerk at check-in was unpleasant and not helpful. When asked about an early checkin, he replied "that's not gonna happen." The air conditioner in the room didn't work properly, and was eventually unplugged. The sink in the bathroom would not drain. The fan in the bathroom did not work properly. During checkout I asked for a receipt but was denied, saying that it came on the email I received when the room was booked.

Decent hotel for a good price. Just don’t expect any fancy extras.

Pleasant grounds with good lawn, trees and shrubs.

It was quiet which was nice. The staff overall needs to be friendlier.
