"Excellent"

This place was a good bit cheaper than other places in the area, but worked out well. It was not far from Michigan's Adventure theme park and White Lake. Bed was comfortable. I would have liked more light in the room. HVAC worked well. A working plug in the tub would have been helpful. There is no breakfast although it looked like there used to be.

The property had no elevator. Stairwells were filthy. Rooms were not cleaned well. Curtains only hung halfway across window as they were missing most hooks. Bathroom door handle hanging and not working. No continental breakfast though there is a huge breakfast area. Vending machines not working.

"a easy going stay"

my family and i had a 2 night stay at this location and it was a good experience overall. we were welcomed when we checked in at the front desk and were given the general info of where our room was and wifi password. our room was neat and clean and kept sound out of the room as well. this location is convient for attractions and sight seeing! the location does not serve breakfast like hotel.com lists.

"Overall a decent price but they violated my trus…"

Xtra pet feed added after arrival even though it was listed as let friendly. Paperwork they had me sign conflicted with the posted sign and it pets as well as the info listed on line. After checking in…and going to room, they approached us and offered us a “free upgrade”. The free upgrade was a dirty room that had significantly more wear and tear.

NO ELEVATOR AND PUT ME AND MY GRANDDAUGHTER ON THE 2ND FLOOR. NOT 1 OTHER CAR WAS IN THE PARKING LOT SO ITS NOT LIKE IT WAS THE ONLY ONE AVAILABLE! U GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN

"Will not stay again "

Hotel room was dirty. Ball of hair in the bathroom, nothing was dusted, stains/spills on the walls. My room was not fully stocked someone came to bring me towels and tried to come into my room to do so, it scared me. Did not serve breakfast.
