Laprimera habitación qué nos tocó no tenia cortinas en el baño y la puerta qué da al balcón Por su ubicacion frecuentemente la calle se inunda y no se puede caminar.

"It was bad. If you have health issues please read."

I never write a bad review. But this hotel has issues. Our room along with many others were not ready at check in. We kept being told a supervisor had to check our room. We finally got the key about an hour later. We went up and It had a very strong raid smell and no windows. Obvious they were buying time to treat rooms. The air return above the bed was covered in dust. My husband and I walked right out. We found a hotel a few streets over and after telling that manager our horror story he let us view the room. It was perfect so my husband had me stay and check in while he got our bags out. He said when he walked out of the hotel the front desk was slammed with angry guests. We didn’t even tell them we were leaving or ask for a refund. I have a rare autoimmune disease and when I told the girl at the desk I was sick earlier at check in she rolled her eyes. Pool was cloudy as well.

I didn't have the breakfast there but I did have a meal in the evening and also a few drinks and they were perfect.

The pool and the hot tub were disgusting. It seems that they haven't shocked it in a while and or change the pH to the right level

"They sold my room and then stuck me in Holiday Inn. No apologies and won’t rectify the situation. Stay away."

They refuse to rectify selling my room and then sticking me in the Holiday Inn. They claimed they compensated me with an already free breakfast. If I wanted to stay at the Holiday Inn for a cheap buffet breakfast, I would have booked Holiday Inn. Don’t make a reservation here. They don’t hold your reservation. We arrived at 1 am to find they were full.
