Abitta Condado by IHG

Booked the Abitta Boutique Hotel for one night January 16,2026. We had booked this hotel many times when it was a Comfort Inn . When we checked in our room was at the hotel next door , not as pictured on their website . our room was dark and dingy , broken window shade, safe, and dresser draw, There was not enough light even to read . To get the the front desk, we needed to go outside in the rain to get there. This was bait and switch , not what we paid for

not enough chairs by the pool. The room where we left our luggage was not locked so we were worried about or belongings being stolen

This hotel is the place to be in Condado. Very clean and any issues dealt with quickly. The hotel manager and staff are amazing friendly and very very helpful. The restaurant has delicious food. The beach is 3 minutes drive away and 10 minute walk. You get fresh clean towels and free loungers at the beach. The restaurant at the beach has delicious food and cocktails and is good to eat there in the evenings. The location is great having many shops other hotels and many restaurants. The area is vibrant and busy. I would highly recommend

The options for the breakfast food token needs to be extended and not restricted to having the same breakfast everyday.

I booked this hotel from booking.com, but hotel charged me more than the price I was booked. Contact with hotel about the over charge, no response at all.
