To start the front desk clerk Angie was rude and racist. Charge for parking that was not online. Room had a weird smell not clean. Breakfast was the only plus to this stay.

The location is ideal, close to the airport, Mall of America and major highways to downtown Minneapolis. And that's where the pros end. We booked this property two months ago based on rave reviews. The reality was far different. To start, the front desk surprised us with a $10/day parking fee that was not stated anywhere in the reviews or property description when I initially booked it. We had to park in the back, where only one of two entrances were available. That entrance led to a stairwell that was so dimly lit it was practically dark. The beds were uncomforable. Our bed creaked loudly every time we shifted, waking us and our daughter constantly. Maintenance never showed up to fix it when I told the front desk. We ended up stuffing two of our pillows between the mattress and box spring to muffle the noise. Our room smelled like stale cigarettes and weed despite the sign in the room that prohibited smoking of any kind. Breakfast consisted of watered-down coffee, waffles, cold cereal and yogurt. I think there was fruit but I didn't stay to find out. When we went out for the day one morning there was a man openly smoking weed outside right next to the back door. I didn't really care what he was smoking. But some guests were families with kids who didn't need to be exposed to that. Finally, the property appears to have all sorts of sketchy people coming and going. We never felt completely safe. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Property was fine for 1 night. Had an energetic toddler above us who was running until 3AM. Called the desk, but unsure if the desk called room above us. Kids had fun in the pool.

I am not someone to complain, but since our arrival the person on the guest desk was rude to us. The towels in the bathroom had hair on them, our tv wasn't working. We reached out to front desk, the lady came up banging on our door with an attitude, brought us a tv that was also bad. When we called her again complaining about the tv, she was yelling at us and say if we can't deal with the broken tv, she will refund us the money and go find another place to stay. That's the last time I stay at any Quality Inn hotel.

You get what you pay for. Not many options for breakfast. Pool is small. $10 for parking every day. The bed sheets were comfortable. The room smelled dingy and you cannot open the windows.
