Quality Inn & Suites Mall of America - MSP Airport

Very dirty and run down. Don't be deceived by the pictures. Black mold in the bathroom. Things falling apart. Breakfast was only ceral or waffles. Poor customer service with house keeping and front desk. Sketchy area. Police were there a couple times. There is also people living there.

They really need to update their property. Everything is outdated. It gave me the creeps staying there. The bathroom in our room was dirty.

Room size is big, I didn’t like there was no extra blankets or pillows the excuse was the hotel is too full, this is not acceptable I had to sleep without blanket, the hotel should expect busy time to have enough service for guest's

This property is dangerous and is a hot spot illegal activity. There are people doing you-know-what outside in front of the entrance and you can smell it from the second you pull into the parking lot, with the windows closed no less. This hotel is genuinely unsafe. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I went on a trip with my grandchildren to celebrate my son and boyfriend's birthday. We rented a suite to be comfortable with the kids. It turns out the light fixtures were hanging off and poorly connected to the wall, and my 3-year-old grandson touched those wires, causing them to become live. The pictures were no longer on the wall. It looked like a room that was being remodeled and unfinished. We spoke to the manager, and he was very kind and moved us to a different room. When we returned from our outing, my boyfriend asked about our room, and they gave us one that smelled like it was burning and everything was dirty. When we asked, they were rude and racist. They told us they would kick my boyfriend out. They were rude.

Not at all as advertised. Dirty, dark and smelled like smoke.
