Econo Lodge Traverse City South

The pool area was unuseable, vending machine not working, there was no breakfast as advertised, the bed was noisy, and the owner/manager was not freindly at all.

As a former CHOICE hotel Manager for Comfort Suites South in Grand Rapids, Mi., I was so impressed by the new management of this hotel. Their friendly, hospitable service, coupled with clean comfortable rooms, pool and exterior care shows they care for both for the CHOICE brand and their property. I was impressed and enjoyed my visit!

Upon entering rm was hit by earthly smell (mold) air conditioning increased mold smell. Couldn't breath, equipment didn't work, no lights or H2O, and towel rack above toilet ready to fall on you while you use toilet. Toilet was only thing working & it was filthy....Worst, & most unhealthy place I was forced to stay. When you check in at 9 at night you have no choice ugh... Asthma attacks, blankets visablely stained. I took pictures of fixtures hanging from walls, dried urine all over...... Yes worst

Breakfast is great. Outside door has to be pulled in to click and lock, however no one bother to do. Bedding can be more clean. desk clerk very helpful. Need brighter lights inside room.

Breakfast was a joke. Bugs in bathroom, dirty. TV, toilet, and hair dryer didn't work properly. Overcharged because of room scarcity. Bed was OK.

It wouldn’t have sucked so much if my room didn’t smell like arm pit and stale beer, oh and my tv doesn’t work for me

Close to stores no breakfast

You canceled my reservation without let me know. We had an awful experience that night, because of this cancellation
