Tge ejevator stops on the 4th floor and you must walk up the stairs to the 5th floor. Head space is restictrd in the room especially in the shower. An adult cannot stand while using the shower!

unfortunatelly there is no lift to 5. floor and what they call reception is on the 2. floor,more than a high school feeling,with not able to keep my medical ice pack in the fridge,not explaining why,and the smallest room i have ever seen, away from city center,calculate carefully if you intend to stay and ask for amenities,they dont have a/c in the rooms😅😅

hotel is situated in a building where other offices are—but that is not the weird part; it is the location of the reception area on the 2nd floor and rooms going back down one floor! carrying luggage to the second floor to check-in and then hauling it back down to the ground floor is a bit ridiculous! the room was clean and the beddings fresh but the room itself was small, tight and didn't have air conditioning.

I stayed at Grata Centrum for 3 nights in June 2023. Good points The hotel is easy to reach from the airport - take the G3 bus, pay the driver one euro, and get off at Taraso Ševčenkos st (there are display screens inside the bus to tell yu where you are). It is then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The staff on the reception desk were very helpful and friendly. My room was clean quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good - a wide chice of hot and cold dishes and plenty of room to sit down. The area is very quiet and seemed perfectly safe at all times of the day and night. Less good points It would be nice if the hotel gave guests a map of the town It is a 20-minute walk to the old town, as far as I could tell there were no direct buses to the Cathedral Square ot Town Hall Square.

Layout not intuitive get lost around the property, flickering lights in the bath room caused eye strain, door would not close, location out of the way, no foot options anywhere close

The front desk was a bit confusing to find at first. The rooms were comfortable. Some of the rooms had tubs, whereas others did not. The breakfast had a variety of dishes to choose from and the seating was sufficient for large groups.

Awesome hotel, very polite and helpful employees!! Breakfast was delicious, I would definitely stay there again.

That was 3 nights stay for couple pers. Building is good. Breakfasts are the best. Rooms quite old, needs to be renewed, but clean and smells good. Not enough certains. TV is working. Bads are ok. payable Car parking outside. Enough places for guests
