Grata by Centrum Hotels

Grata hotel is having good location, awesome breakfast is quet and close to Vilnius old town, 20 min walk. I did not like smell of the carpet in our room and curtain in shower was very short so the water was always on the floor. In general room was cleaned every day and towels changed.

There was no soap or shampoo in the bath. Breakfast was great. Varied and delicious food selection. The room is tidy and cozy. The bed was comfortable to sleep on. This is my favorite hotel where I stay a few times a year.

Nice hotel close to the center, large rooms with good wi fi connection. Very helpful staff always willing to help. I stayed two months at the hotel and I felt like a was a home. The room was always clean. The breakfast is rich and with a great variety.

I had amazing 6 months in Grata Hotel 2021-2022. Great staff, great services, great location! Def recommended to everyone! I have never had any issues with anything! Try their cafe, walk in the oldtown, spend time with friends! If I ever come back to Vilnuis, I will surelly stay there again! Thank you! 

Very clean and tidy

Good hotel but quite a way out. Inside is like a maze ! I was put in toon 009 on the ground floor … large but hated being on that floor as like to be up inside. Great staff very cheerful. Near a supermarket and a McDonald’s . Breakfast was great as staff fantastic. Just too far out compared with central located hotels that offer more at the same price or less but a nice place to stay.

Good location, quiet and somewhat spartan, but excellent value for money. The room was fine, although I had to open the windows due to not finding any way to switch off the heated towel rail in the bathroom.

Nice, clean hotel and receptionist was lovely and helpful but the lady in the restaurant (breakfast) was very rude, moody and unhelpful. The hotel is a little way out from the centre however a pleasant walk of about 20mins which gives you time to see things on your way down.

I had an amazing experience in Lithuania and part of it it was due to the comfort of the hotel. The staff is always prompt to help, very useful in all the days and very practical too. From reception, to cleaner, to waiter, they are all amazing. The hotel is really nice too, due to the covid sauna and spa are not working, which is a shame but understandable. The location is good too if you don't mind short walks. I definitely advice this hotel for whoever is going to Vilnius.
