The Hotel, the Bed is OLD and UNFOMFORTABLE if you suffer from any type of back issues Do Not Stay, the Pillows are feather and TOOOOOO SOFT, if you have Neck issues Do Not Stay, the Hotel is pet friendly but the barking of a guest dog was ALLLLLLLLLLĹLLL NIGHT and DAY. the AC does Not cool correctly well in our room atleast, the WORST PART, the PARKING at the Hotel is HORRRRRRRIBLE it gets full fast and they share parking with the Gym so you they have bigger parking area then the Hotel, If you have Sciatic issues Do Not stay their, Do to the limit of spaces to park they rent a parking structure across the street behind a building with a sign that says Hilton extended parking, but they dont tell you tht their is a short cut instead of having to walk Allllllllll around the front building that is empty and creepy, it does get dark in that area so B Safe.

Room was clean, most staff were engaging and nice, workout room was spacious with lots of options, the daily hydration station in the lobby was an excellent touch , elevators were timely.

Water issues…(weak flow, temperature, needed to be shutoff during stay), $35 self park and $40 valet with limited street parking is greed at its finest (tell valet company to stop EXPECTING tips if you guys are going to charge that much), workout room needs AC/ventilation (very stuffy).

When I saw the complimentary fruit I was hoping for a few more options, yet the pears were a nice surprise of just apples & oranges (which were sour, not sweet @ all) maybe some cuties would be better.

Good location to the cruise port, they had a free shuttle to the port which helped save on uber fees, beds were comfortable, room was clean, pool was fun.

A few people at the front deck were not very friendly and one male was very rude. The bar attendant at the pool was only there half the time. He had to go back and forth to run a credit card.

The hotel is so incredibly old. I was upgraded as a Hilton Honors and the room was terrible. It felt small and the ceiling was low. There was mold in the bathroom, the shower made loud noises and the toilet barely flushed. There were 3 lamps but none of the ceiling lights worked. Zero view of the water, even being at the 7th floor in a corner room. The balcony was a joke. The glass door didn’t lock. After one night, I asked to move due to the noise from the port and the construction next door. The staff was very kind about it. My room was moved to a lower floor but further from the noise.

Hotel was clean room is different

Our first room the Tv wasn't working, so we were switched to another room. Our 2nd room had an odor of mildew or wet carpet. We were so tired we didn't want to switch a third time.
