Hilton Long Beach Hotel

The hotel is a beautiful hotel very nice staff is very nice I've been here multiple times but this was the first time that I actually got a horrible room

Room 515 was a horrible room It had no heat and the refrigerator made a loud noise all night long I could not sleep I would have went downstairs to get a better room but I had came from an event at 2:00 a.m. in the morning and I was too tired to go downstairs to complain about a room so I informed him the next day as I was checking out and the staff had a okay all right attitude but really didn't care too worried about if I needed something in return which I did not.

Location, lobby, staff

Hot room, ac didn’t work, moved rooms, still hot, janky water fixtures, yellow bathtub, old old old rooms

Like always, staff could have been more attentive. They waited until we approached them. I like a staff that initiates contact.

Shuttle took us where we wanted to go within a mile for free and picked us up.

The bathroom could have been cleaner
