Hilton Long Beach Hotel

I like the room, I like the theme they have going on on each floor. The free rubber duckies, lemonades, water. Clean bed. Big tv. Pictures. The workers. For helping me get another desk chair. Thank you.

I didn't like the construction view we had. The bathroom was clean, but it has a sewer smell whenever I wash my hands on the sink so I pull the sink plug to close. Also, the lamps in the Bathroom needs to be replaced, it's already tarnished/rusting. Also we're in front of the stair door. So Everytime someone used the stairs the door slams and it's way too loud it rattles our door as well.

The FD was short with us upon checking in, seem like we were asking questions that they didn’t have answers for - did not know about the LB transportation ‘Passport bus’. Booked Hilton LB because of the advertised cruise port free shuttle - apparently not for Princess- cost us $25 Uber

The location

Everything is old and outdated. Money needs to be invested back into this building. Everything is loud! From the A/C unit, to squeaking doors, the water pressure, and even the refrigerator. We had to kill a roach in the bathroom and the bed was incredibly tough. Not at all what I paid for.
