The hotel is simple but the room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I really appreciated having the coffee machine, the bottle of water and the toiletries in the bathroom. The free snack added to the special attention to detail. The location was also very convenient close to restaurants and other important sites in Stanford.

The only think I did not like was the fact that the water in the shower was not very hot. Better than a bath...is a really nice hot shower!! The water was tepid and I couldn't make it hotter.

The property was easy to access. The parking is simple and accessible. The office is clean and welcoming. The landscaping all over is well placed and made us feel the people who run this hotel care are mindful of the small aesthetic details. Those details make you feel that you are in a quality establishment at an affordable rate. We were offered free snacks and amenities in the office as well as in our rooms. Everything was super clean and tidy. Every encounter I had with staff was friendly and relaxed. I chose this hotel ashes on excellent reviews consistently over several years. I had many other options to choose from during the same time period. I Also prefer the laminate floor and a bathroom that has a window that allows fresh air without losing any privacy.

Outstanding hotel facility with attentive staff and well appointed rooms with refrigerator and very good service. Ideal for busy travel seeking a medium duration stay in the Palo Alto area.

The room and bathroom was very clean, we also had a microwave and fridge of decent size. Good quality towels and furniture. All in all excellent for the price

Outside of the inn is a little on the old side. Need to repaint
