The Palo Alto Inn

Easy check in, check out. Reasonable access to the staff. Good parking and the location generally accessible to a lot of Palo Alto.

Poor sound isolation, you hear your neighbors having conversations in their rooms and cars coming going. The ventilation was so and so, making your cloths smell a little stuffy. No breakfast available (that's on me, I should have checked but assumed given the price). Cleaning had missed some small trash from previous guest in the bathroom, and missed it again during subsequent cleaning.

It was centrally located to where we were visiting and access into the property was very extremely easy. The property was very quiet and very clean. Two things important to us. Staff was friendly and did a great job.

I had a very pleasant stay. The check-in was smooth, and the housekeeping was kind enough to help me with cutlery for my delivered food. Most importantly, I forgot my passport at the hotel, and they took good care of it until my friend could retrieve it.
