The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable enough.

It is an older hotel and looked quiet rundown from the outside. We also had to ring a bell and wait to enter the lobby which gave me the impression the area may not be safe.

Terrible!

Clean & fresh room! I bought a can of Lysol Spray and sprayed the room and linen. But I still couldn't stay the 2nd night because of the odor in the room and linen! I spoke with housekeeping about it, but nothing was done!

Cleaning is not there favourite think. You can find hairs, spiderwebs, pee stains on the toilet, chipts below the bed and probably some things else you don't want to know about...

VERY RUDE STAFF/OWNER LOOKS UNSAFE WE BOOKED DUE TO FEW OPTIONS FOR LOCAL HOTEL OTHERS BOOKED AND WE WERE SHOCKED BUT THE LOOK OF THIS PLACE - and the folks hanging out at this hotel online pictures DO NOT REPRESENT this hotel - we left and drove 30 mins away where FLORENCE has NICE safe hotels with this same price range -

"Just….. Don’t…. For your safety"

I booked a room for a one night stay during our visit to Lake City, we were in town for a Women’s conference at a local church. The property was sketchy, we were placed in a room that was next to an occupied guest room. The door was wide open, children running from the room to their car. Inside the car was someone having a cannabis session and blasting music. We enter our room and was surprised to see dead bugs, spiders in the tub and a gaping hole at the bottom of the door - we could see our neighbors standing outside our door. Additionally, the door lock was inoperable due to what appeared to be a prior incident where the door lock was broken. We were concerned for our safety and decided to book a room in Florence. I would not recommend this place due to safety concerns.
