"Other than the security deposit being taken 3 times and not returned, and no housekeeping, it was good."

Very convenient and easily accessible.

2 things. They took security deposit 3 times. 2 times it didn’t go through and supposedly was returned. The third time it went through. Deposit was 200$ but they ended up taking 600$. None of the deposit has been returned yet. Very annoying. When on a trip, you need money. They took most of it in security deposit and didn’t return any of it. Second, no housekeeping throughout the stay. On the last day like an hour before our checkout, we were having breakfast and came back to see the room was being cleaned. We thought they didn’t do housekeeping during the stay but apparently they did, just not for our room
