"Comfy beds, great to have a kitchen and separate bedrooms for privacy."

It was conveniently located, had lots of parking & the 2 bedrooms are great for privacy nd the beds were SUPER comfy!

Everything was fine. There are NO elevators, so I’m glad I got a 1st floor unit.

The style of room

The heat was not working but it was too late to complain. It was freezing in the room all night. The headboard and walls were dirty You can just tell they might need to go through and repaint, remodel the rooms. It is really just wear and tear. Myself and my family frequented this hotel years ago and WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN and in tact.

"The space was nice and it was warm, bed comfortable."

Conveniently near everything we needed family, shopping, restaurants and things to do. Train station not far away so we were able to take the metra train in to Chicago for the day.

Superficial things like chipped paint on walls, small/short commodes. We were also on the third floor and I recently had hip surgery so not ideal, but we made it work.
