Lots of outlets broken or unsafe . Need usb port . Coffee at front desk cold . No breakfast

The location is perfect when going to the mall or downtown chicago

we have always stayed here when we come to visit my sister. Last time we stayed here was 2 years ago and this year the place completely went under. Room was had a couple bunch of spiders, looked like there used to be mold on the doors. Doors got stuck when you were opening and closing it. They no longer offer room services for fresh linens or towels.

Good location

The room is not as big as the photo shows, and the carpet needs to be replaced. The breakfast is overrated because, to my surprise, the breakfast supply is limited. Scrambled eggs and pancakes may be out of stock, and the kitchen lady will not restock them even though it is not 9 o'clock yet.

Low quality of food for breakfast. Old and chipped furniture in the living room.

Big space, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, very cozy and roomy area. Bit pricier but still absolutely worth it.

I wish the kitchen had more utensils/pans/etc. It is advertised as having enough to cook but it's incredibly bare bones. I brought my own stuff to cook and I should have brought more than I did.

Location was great lobby was immaculate

The room was very cold and even adjusting the temperature to 80 there was still a consistent cold breeze coming out of the vent

We had no face towels only Big towels TV didn’t work and it was cold in the room with the heat on 80 all night will NOT stay again
