Pillows dirty and Elevator no working

The logistics and access to the Energy Corridor.

The night Audit Clerk's inability to communicate clearly needs to learn how to make each encounter with your guess a memorable one. The elevator was out of order and the clerk stated they had no rooms available on the first floor a senior living with Chronic COPD, 2nd Stage CHF when stressing about the need for greater access the clerk became dismissive and rude. Clearly needing sensitivity training, and an upgrade in Superior Customer Service Skills.

I did not like anything about the stay.

The rooms were dirty, sheets dirty, no working air, having issues with my feet and no working elevator. Had to take the stairs. When I complained about the sheets, I was told housekeeping went home for the day right after check in. Staff did not car and was kind of rude.

the property was in good condition they had issues with elevator and ice machine on my visit

Usually a good place to stay. Not this time.

Staff not paying attention charged my card again for room fee.

Booked the "Superior room " that should of had premium bedding , when checking in was told by front staff that this hotel doesn't offer a different bedding or mattress like the other red roofs, all the same old bed

Staff was very friendly and welcoming
