Motel One Frankfurt - Hauptbahnhof

This place was pretty good! The location was super convenient, being so close to the main train station. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d def stay here again if I’m ever back in Frankfurt. Overall, a solid choice.

Great customer service. They will not let you into your room early. They let me store my bags onsite for free.

Didn't clean the room on my first day there and did a poor job cleaning it the second. Self-checkin only and it was only available in German.

Average clean self check in available hotel. Reception is helpful to store your luggage before and after check in. Room was clean small housekeeping did not put a hand soap in bathroom.

The only best was the location.. there were very limited facilities in the hotel and all connected to Cards… you cannot make any changes when you are there..::

Location was not very safe

My daughter and I have stayed in this hotel 6 times this year 2024 as she was attending Frankfurt University Hospital for medical treatment . The hotel is very clean and comfortable and there were always staff members available to deal with requests. The check in / checkout system / luggage storage is completely efficient. On one occasion, we were one hour early but reception staff allowed us early check in at no cost. During our stays, we often requested extra pillows, hot water bottle and other small requests which were always granted. On some occasions, due to my daughter’s early morning hospital appointments and her need for fasting, the breakfast staff allowed me to take a tray from the breakfast buffet for her to eat later. The bar/ restaurant offers indoor or outdoor dining, simple menu with good options. The staff there are great, very attentive and happy to leave customers to sit in the Courtyard until they want attention. The location was great for us, easy to access to/from Frankfurt Airport and also convenient for using our free time around Frankfurt. The location near to the main railway station is a plus. Within the station there are many food outlets plus a pharmacy, tobacconist and ATM. I have seen reviews here referencing the homeless people in this area. Such people, our brothers and sisters, try to live out an existence in every town and city all over the world. If you do not want to see them, stay at home. Flemings Hotel gets 5 * from us.

Flemings is a very good hotel to stay at.

Although it was across from the train stations the dubious people on the corners near the hotel made me feel unsafe to venture out after dark

I liked the efficiency and cleanliness. I didn't realize when I booked it that it was such a barebones hotel. I was staying only one night before flying home, so it was okay for one night. If it were a longer stay, I wouldn't use this kind of hotel.
