Hotel is right across from the train station so it worked for us as one of our friends was compromised with walking ability. The area is not the greatest insofar as shopping or attractiveness but the hotel itself is wonderful! Very helpful and very clean.

It's very convenient for its locations, and a great place to stay, great room and amenities.

The Flemings hotel is in a convenient location for people travelling by train. It is otherwise not a very good location. The hotel foyer is very bright and modern and there are terminals for self check-in. Unfortunately the check-in process is fairly time-consuming and requires knowledge of German or English and doesn’t seem to offer a lot of benefit to the guests. I noticed many people needed quite a bit of assistance from the staff. The rooms themselves are small and rather dark and dingy. My bathroom was tiny and although it had a modern-looking shower, the water pressure meant that it was disappointing to use. There is a large restaurant where breakfast is served and on the days I used it, it was very busy. The buffet selection is fairly standard with nothing in particular to recommend it. For the price, it’s not good value. The hotel appears to have spent a lot of effort on renovating the foyer and restaurant, but neglected the bedrooms. Perhaps their focus is on conferences or they don’t feel the need to make the bedrooms appealing due to the location near the station.

Excellent location close to everything . Nice staff . Very perfect breakfast Clean rooms The negative point is avoid 7 th floor because there is no elevator between 6 and 7 so you have to rake the stairs every time and carry luggages yourself.

Very nicely renovated and well kept property right across the street of the Frankfurt central station. The city area at night is a little shady but that’s not their fault. Overall a very good experience when travelling by train.

Check in was real slow a lot of people and done by computer and yourself if you have to drop bags before check in have to pay and put in storage the large ones were filled so you have to track guy down to get help with your bag to store

The location is great, right across the station and easy to find. The hotel charge things such as early check in, luggage hold, upgraded room. All the hotels I stayed in the passed, they didn't charge me these things. I had to self check in on the computer which took much longer than the receptionist check me in. Why paid customer had to work instead of hotel worker? I bought breakfast with my stay and paid when I checked in but the next morning I was told that they don't have my name as paid. So i had to ask the receptionist to give me a receipt but he said he couldn't give me till i check out. I needed to eat breakfast before I check out so it didn't make sense what he said. Eventually he wrote on the paper that i paid for breakfast so i could show that to the girl at breakfast to let me eat. One more thing. The shower stall was extremely small and the towels were very thin.
