Motel One Frankfurt - Hauptbahnhof

Convenient, clean hotel. Wish I had known there was not a fridge in the room. I have stayed here before and there was a fridge, so probably just the room I booked this stay.

The hotel was in a very convenient location directly across the train station. Hotel lobby remodeled and modern. Those are the only two positives. Rooms are outdated and dirty. The bathroom sink and drain on floor dirty and smelled. Everything in the room needed attention. Also our room faced a night club which played loud music until 6am. The worst part of my stay was the check in staff were not friendly. I tried to get help several times and the guy would not help. Extremely rude. He was checking everyone else in but not us even though we arrived much earlier. Not happy at all.

Hotel location is very good in front of the train station but the area around the hotel is very dangerous by night, breakfast is ok but not great

stayed for 1 night in a twin room. room was clean and tidy and beds really comfortable with tea/coffee facilities and also toiletries in bathroom. Hotel was 1 min walk from the main station and felt safe outside even after midnight. taxi to centre of Frankfurt cost 12 euros and we walked back to the hotel which took about 30 mins. (just avoid the red light district street) Check in was fast and easy with a complimentary water on check in and we were able to get free water throughout our stay. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Didn't use the gym as it was closed but could of used the gym in the sister hotel close by. self service shop on ground floor which is great if you want a beer/cold drink/snack and wasn't too expensive. A few easting places close by and a 24 hour bar 2 mins away serving beer at about 5 euros

This property has self check in only but staff was on hand if needed. There was free water as a welcome gift. Only one pillow given per person but when asked for more at front desk they immediately retrieved them from a storage closet to take upstairs with us.

Great value. Very clean. All that I needed. Only slight criticism was the breakfast was not good value,with fruit and bread not replenished.

The hotel was clean and in a decent location however the nightlife in the area was noisy and the only english speaking channels on television was the news.

Not a nice area- alot of addicts hanging around nearby, but very convenient right by the train station
