The most disgusting hotel I ever stayed in, hookers were fighting in the lobby when we were checking in. Should have picked somewhere else.

They were accommodating for shuttle to and from airport but the room was overpriced! $135 too much for that place

Absolutely terrible experience. Told the front counter that our room was dirty and his response was “oh, well we don’t have anyone to clean it until tomorrow” (we were checking out in the morning). He never offered to change rooms for us either. When I asked if we could get a refund for the reservation so we could go to a new hotel, I was told that there was nothing he could do for us. I would rate this a 0 out of 5 if I could. I will be seeking a refund through their corporate office for this absolutely terrible experience

No complimentary breakfast as they are " under renovations." Room was in very bad shape. Noise in the halls, slow check in. No bucket for ice, fridge barely cold. I feel I deserve a refund. Tape peeling on AC unit, mold in bathroom. Really awful. Refund is warranted.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. During the day (black) kids were running up and down the halls on scooters, yellling and screaming and at night adults were talking loud and trafficking in the halls. Crushed donuts with cream and other food were all over the hallway floors. Although advertised, their complimentary breakfast eas cancelled. They couldn't ever provide me with an ice bucket. I spoke to the day desk manager and she didn't even care about my complaint. After asking for a partial refund adjustment, she said she couldn't do it because I booked the room through Booking.com. She also told me that the owners were out of the country.

Beds were comfortable

Toilet overflowed on our last day. It looked like green sewage. No breakfast due to "renovations" facilities weren't very clean.
