2 out of 3 Rooms that we had booked weren’t ready until a couple hours after check in, TV and hairdryer didn’t work. Tub tile/surround were broken and moldy

Loud; screaming children in hallways; dirty; old and damaged bathroom fixtures; carpet was constantly damp; general musty smell.

The staff is friendly and polite, the hotel needs an updated ASAP the smell is horrendous, I had 2 hrs sleep because of it

The location was fine.

The room wasn't clean properly, the curtains was filthy look like mold. The carpet needed to be deep cleaned, the walls needed to be cleaned, I bought cleaner to clean the bathroom. They use this property for misplaced families from Social services, people were in the halls late at night. There was no breakfast offered because they were doing renovations. They charged a $150 deposit fee. That wasn't disclosed until I arrived, the pictures on the site are deceiving.

Very bad condition of ac or tv tables. Allocated a room where already there is person sleeping on the bed. There is no breakfast even it says breakfast available. This is not at all family friendly.

I was dirty and run down ! Felt unsafe left and stayed at the Marriot 3 doors down, was run down dirty !
