Poor quality, dirty walls, ciurtains, and carpet. Grout falling off the the wall in the bathroom.

Clean quick, shuttle to airport, parking, and nice desk person

I had an absolutely awful experience with the parking spot I booked at the Quality Inn Hotel near Buffalo Airport. My reservation was from 1:30 PM onwards, and I arrived at 1:38 PM. Upon arrival, I called the shuttle number provided, but the call was answered by a very rude receptionist. She was unhelpful and did not answer any of my questions correctly. When I went to the reception, she informed me that the next shuttle was at 4:30 PM. I explained that my flight was at 5 PM and that the booking stated shuttles were available every 30 minutes, with no mention of needing to pre-book. Her response was dismissive and rude, leaving even my 10-year-old daughter appalled. She threatened to cancel my parking reservation, acting as if she owned the place. Her attitude was so unpleasant and unprofessional that it ruined my entire experience. I cannot recommend this parking spot to anyone due to the disrespectful treatment I received. Upon returning from my journey five days later, I didn’t bother calling for the shuttle, anticipating the same rude receptionist. Instead, I walked from the airport to the parking spot, which further highlighted the inconvenience and poor service provided by this establishment. Avoid the Quality Inn Hotel parking near Buffalo Airport at all costs.

Loved that the individual working at 4 AM on 04/12 helped me with my luggage and baby stroller and promptly shuttled me to the airport.

I booked your hotel because you advertised that breakfast was included. I had a tight schedule that day and had planned to grab a quick breakfast at the hotel before my early morning business meetings. I woke up and went to get breakfast but there was no breakfast, not even coffee. I had to rush and leave the hotel to get breakfast somewhere else. That made me late to my meeting. If I had known there was no breakfast at the hotel I would have scheduled my morning differently (set up alarm to wake up early, research breakfast place the night before etc..) Also the night attendant was involved in a fight with a family (not sure if they were clients at the hotel) and the police was involved. Also there were some shady people hanging around so we didn’t feel safe. Your thoughts?

The check-in was fine. The free transport to the airport went well.

I have stayed at this hotel over a dozen times. The previous owners had it in very good condition. This time I was VERY disappointed. The TV had lines going through it, not a huge deal. The room was in a mess with molding missing in a number of spots, again, not a deal breaker. HOWEVER, when I went to get in the shower it was a disaster area. The tub was a mess. The tiles were a mess and the shower mechanisms did NOT work. Water just kept pouring out of the bottom and little to no water made it to the shower head. Again, I have stayed here numerous times. I hope this was a mistake with booking (like they put me and my wife in a room that was under construction), because that would be the only excuse I would accept for making someone stay in this particular room.
